Decided not to modify the frame backbrace or shock mounts and was glad to find shockies I like and the right length. Old originals were 32.5 eye to eye and these are 27.0. Drops the back and makes the front "rake", more obvious without cutting and welding.
mono moto-x shockies, working nicely in tandem and cost effective.
